I think this article is very difficult.
At the result, the Republican Party won. It is because of black voters.
I think the result, expression of black voters despairing about Barack Obama.
(Maybe, all their efforts came to nothing...)

At any rate, black voters have big power.
I think to be going to keep up their efforts.
